George SOULE was born about 1600 in Eckington, Worcester, England and died in Duxbury, Plymouth, Mass in about 1679/80.
George SOULE came to Plymouth on the Mayflower as a servant of Edward WINSLOW. He was a teacher to Edward WINSLOW's children.
He married probably in Plymouth, Massachusetts, before 1626 with Mary BUCKET/BECKETT, daughter of Sylvester BECKETT and Elizabeth HILL. Mary was born on 17 Jan 1590 in St Botolphs, Aldersgate, London, England and died on 16 Dec 1676 in Duxbury, Massachusetts, USA at age 86.
George was a signer of the Mayflower Compact and one of the original 102 Pilgrims who arrived on the Mayflower to Plymouth MA in 1620.
George SOULE, Miles STANDISH and John ALDEN laid out the first town, Duxbury, and are buried there
George SOULE moved to Duxbury and acquired considerable property. He was a volunteer in the Pequot War and served as a deputy for Duxbury and as a member of numerous town committees.
George SOULE died in 1679, leaving a sizable estate:

George Soule died at Duxbury, probably in the month of January, 1680, since his inventory was taken 1 February, 1680 (new style). His wife died at Duxbury, in December 1676.The will and inventory were recorded in the Plymouth Colony Wills and Inventories, Volume IV, Part I, page 52.

I Gorge Soule senir of Duxberry in the Collonie of New Plymouth in New England being aged and weake of body but of a sound mind and Memory praised be God Doe make this my last Will and Testament in Manor and forme following Imprimis I comitt my soule into the hands of Almighty God whoe Gave it and my body to be Decently buried in the place appointed for that use whensoever hee shall please to take mee hence; and for the Disposall of my outward estate which God of his Goodnes hath Given mee first I have and already formerly by Deeds under my hand and seale Given unto my two sonnes Nathaniel: and Gorge All my lands in the Township of Dartmouth; Item I have formerly Given unto my Daughters Elizabeth and Patience all my lands in the Township of Middleberry

MARY SOULE Born May 1644, died 1720 Plymouth, Plymouth Co., MA. Married John PETERSON, who was born 1636 and died 26 Mar 1720. TSF says he was buried at Powder Point on the property received from Mary's Father.
PATIENCE SOULE b. about 1640, d. 11 March, 1706, Middleboro Plymouth Co., MA. Married Middleboro, Plymouth Co., MA on 16 Jan 1666 to John HASKELL who was born about 1640 in Salem Essex Co., MA and died 15 May 1706 in Middleboro, Plymouth Co., MA in his 67th year.
SUSANNA SOULE was born 25 Apr 1634 (?) in Duxbury, Plymouth, Massachusett, and died 02 Jan 1716 in North Kingstown, Washington, Rhode Island. She married FRANCIS WEST Abt. 1660 son of MATTHEW WEST. He was born in England, and died 02 Jan 1695.
ELIZABETH SOULE, was born 25 Apr 1642 in Duxbury, Massachusetts, and died on 2 Jan 1716 in North Kingston, Washington Co., RI at age 68. Married 23 July, 1668, Francis WALKER who on that date was deeded land by her father who called him, "husband to my daughter Elizabeth."[PCD 3:126] .
NOTE: On 2 July 1667 she was "whipt att the post" for commiting fornication for the second time [PCR 4:162]
